on the Exercise of European Citizenship Rights

The 6th European Forum of Citizens’ Advice Services will bring about more than one hundred professionals in the field of information and legal advice for the citizens, as well as interested general public. They will have an opportunity to share their experience, good practices in advice and evidence based social policy work, and make recommendations for the better application of the rights related to the European citizenship in the future.

The Association of Citizens Advice Centres is an umbrella organisation and service provider for 35 Citizens Advice Centres located in 13 regions of the Czech Republic.  It was established in 1997 and since then it has been considered to be a leader in organisation and management of social services in the Czech Republic.  It is the only organisation in the country gathering providers of free, impartial, confidential and independent advice service to the public.
