Organizers can provide financial assistance to people coming from either one of the EU member states (except Belgium) or from Croatia and whose participation has been confirmed. The conditions are following:

1. We can reimburse up to 250 EUR of the travel and accommodation costs that you have incurred (on the basis of real costs). You will be reimbursed up to 2 months after the conference.

2. ACCOMMODATION. We can assist you in booking the hotel. We can pre-pay the hotel on the conditions that you can prove your coming to Brussels. For that purpose we may accept that you send us (1) copy of an invoice for your ticket and/or (2) copy of your electronic ticket for the journey to Brussels.
